Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Enerqora Volt website, station search directory, or station operator hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.
2. Nature of Platform (Information Aggregator)
Enerqora Volt functions strictly as an EV charging station discovery and operator tooling platform. Enerqora Volt does not own, manufacture, or directly maintain individual private charging stations, electrical wiring, or grid connections unless explicitly stated.
3. Station Host Responsibilities
Charging station hosts and operators agree that:
- All station information, including address, power rating (kW), connector standards, and tariffs, must be accurate.
- Physical chargers must comply with electrical standards and include appropriate circuit breakers, surge protection, and fire extinguishers on premises.
- Hosts maintain full responsibility for any direct commercial transactions executed on-site with EV drivers.
4. Driver Responsibilities & Safety
EV drivers are responsible for verifying connector compatibility (e.g., CCS2, GB/T, Type 2) before initiating charging. Drivers must abide by the station host's site rules and observe standard electrical vehicle safety protocols.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enerqora Volt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from charger hardware malfunction, grid outages, power surges, or on-site accidents at host properties.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the amended terms.
