- Station Hosts: Full name, verified email address, phone/WhatsApp number, CNIC (for owner authentication only), utility provider, and station geo-coordinates.
- EV Drivers: Name, email address, vehicle preference (Car, Bike, Bus), and optional charging history bookmarks.
- Usage Data: Anonymized platform metrics such as search filters (city, connector type) used to improve charging coverage across Pakistani cities.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services:
- Displaying verified public charging station locations, connector types, and tariffs on our live map.
- Authenticating station hosts and securing the Operator Hub.
- Sending administrative verification notices and platform uptime updates.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertising brokers.
4. Data Security & Storage
All account passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing algorithms. Sensitive session tokens are protected via HTTPS SSL encryption and secure HTTP-only cookies. Data is stored in enterprise-grade cloud databases with strict role-based access control.
